Preparing for the arrival of a new baby is a time of profound change in a woman’s life. These beautifully supportive and nourishing classes give you all the tools that you need to support you through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
In these nurturing classes you will be guided to connect with your breath and body, allowing you to create the perfect environment for your baby. Through the practice of gentle postures, you will learn to build stability and find more comfort through the physical changes of your pregnancy. You’ll gain a greater sense of calmness, increased vitality and overall sense of wellbeing.
Pelvic floor awareness practices are included to assist in birth and healing after birth, and simple meditation and deep relaxation techniques will help to relieve feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion and lift the spirit.
As well as the physical benefits of attending these classes, many women report on the benefits of connecting with a supportive group of women who become friends well beyond their pregnancy.
Suitable for all mums-to-be from 14 weeks of pregnancy. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.

*Bookings essential. To book, please send a completed Enrolment Form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your booking is received, you will be emailed pre-payment information.
This class runs in 8-week blocks and you are welcome to join at anytime (space permitting) from your 14-week mark onwards. There is some flexibility in each block of 8 classes for holidays, midwife appointments etc. If you know you will be unable to attend, please provide 24 hours’ notice to allow one class in any block to be carried forward.
