This comprehensive Teacher Training module offers study and practice of:

This training is open to yoga teachers as well as health, wellness and fitness professionals or yoga students wanting a deeper understanding of Restorative Yoga. Those wishing to teach Restorative Yoga will need Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training certification as a pre/post requisite.

KIRSTY INNES has been leading yoga workshops, classes and retreats in Australia and the UK since 2008. Specialising in gentle therapeutic yoga, her sessions are supportive, insightful and deeply nourishing. Kirsty has completed extensive training with some of the world’s most renowned teachers including Donna Farhi and Judith Hanson Lasater, the Mother of Restorative Yoga. Having witnessed the healing effects of this practice over and over again, Kirsty is inspired to share yoga to enhance awareness of breath, movement and conscious rest in everyday life.
TAMMY WILLIAMS is the Founder of Yoga NRG & Mindfulness Training Australia and has been invited to deliver trainings across Australia & NZ, including presenting at the world-famous Woodford Folk Fest, QFIT and Yoga Fest. Tammy consults as a Mindfulness Based Therapist and is highly sought after for training and mentoring Yoga & Mindfulness Teachers. Drawing on her twenty years’ experience as a Registered Nurse and Clinic Nurse, she specialises in Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention, MBCBT & MBSR for those with stress-related illness such as Anxiety, Depression and Addiction. Tammy uses Restorative Yoga Methods, Yoga Nidra & Neuroplasticity Training as well as integrating all eight Limbs of Yoga in both Yin/Yang forms as personal development to help her clients develop insight in order to heal.
